PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE ("TERMS") AS THEY GOVERN YOUR ("YOU", "CUSTOMERS") USE OF OUR WEBSITE. BY USING THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS AS THEY APPLY TO YOUR USE OF OR ACCESS TO OUR WEBSITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IN ANY WAY.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

SILK ORGANICALS AGREES TO SHIP YOUR ORDER WITHIN 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS) AFTER PAYMENT IS APPROVED BY YOUR CREDIT CARD MERCHANT OR BANK. WE USE USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING FOR SHIPMENTS WITHIN THE UNITED STATES AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.

BELOW ARE THE SHIPPING RATES:

  • USA: $6.99
  • INTERNATIONAL, OTHER: $23

WE OFFER FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES ON ANY ORDER OVER $45.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DOMESTIC DELIVERY AND UP TO 30 BUSINESS DAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES. PLEASE NOTE THAT MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPED (24-48) HOURS WITHIN RECEIPT OF ORDER AND ARE SHIPPED MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY UNLESS UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES ARISE.

PLEASE NOTE: (WE CANNOT PREDICT OR CONTROL THE CUSTOMS CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL DUTIES OR CUSTOMS CHARGED BY THE DESTINATION COUNTRY.)

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU PROVIDE AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. WE CAN ONLY PROCESS A STORE CREDIT OR REPLACEMENT IF THE ORDER IS RETURNED BACK TO US. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES FOR THE REPLACEMENT SHIPMENT.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR PRODUCTS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING COST, UNLESS A PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WAS MISTAKENLY SENT BY US; IN SUCH CASES WE WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. WHEN CUSTOMERS REQUEST A STORE CREDIT, WE WILL PAY FOR AND PROVIDE A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL. 

FOR RETURNS OF UNOPENED PRODUCTS, CUSTOMERS WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT. ORIGINAL PRODUCT MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT IN ORDER FOR A STORE CREDIT TO BE ISSUED TO THE CUSTOMER. FAILURE TO RETURN THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIMEFRAME WILL RESULT IN NO CREDIT TO THE CUSTOMER.

FOR RETURNS OF USED OR OPENED PRODUCTS, CUSTOMERS MAY CHOOSE THE FOLLOWING OPTION.

  • A) RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT EQUIVALENT TO THE AMOUNT OF A FULL REFUND.

RETURNS THAT CONTAIN BOTH UNOPENED AND OPENED PRODUCTS WILL BE HANDLED ON A PRODUCT-BY-PRODUCT BASIS.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS FOR US TO PROCESS A RETURN, AND UP TO 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR MONEY TO APPEAR BACK IN A CUSTOMER'S BANK ACCOUNT ONCE THE REFUND HAS BEEN ISSUED.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the shipping provider to file a Trace Claim for the missing shipment. 
Note: we are not responsible for lost/missing packages that show successful delivery to the order address.
NO UPDATES can be processed on an order after it's been placed.

Product life: 

Silk Organicals products are made with natural, unrefined ingredients which are without synthetic preservatives. Due to this, our items are meant for regular use and should be utilized within 6 – 12 months, once opened. 

Allergies:

IF YOU HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN, PLEASE TEST ON A SMALL AREA BEFORE REGULAR USE TO AVOID AN ALLERGIC REACTION.
